Sean Kehoe
Managing Director

Mr. Kehoe has been involved in the corporate finance and natural resource industry for over 25 years. Most recently as Chairman and CEO of Longbow Resources Inc. Longbow was a TSX Venture listed junior oil and natural gas company based in Calgary Alberta, which Mr. Kehoe became President and CEO of in August of 2006. Throughout 2007 the Company achieved 355% year over year growth in total proved Mboe reserves at December 31, 2007 and was sold in the spring of 2008 for approximately five times the market capitalization of the Company when Mr. Kehoe took over management.

Mr. Kehoe is also the Managing Director and founder of the Discovery Drilling Funds Group of Companies. The Discovery Group is a resource exploration management organization engaged in the structuring and operation of institutional and private client exploration syndicates, oil and gas resource management and related drilling and well site services.

Prior to Discovery, Mr. Kehoe was involved in the Investment Banking and Private Placement financing business, focusing principally on the structuring and management of high net worth private client partnerships. Through these entities, Mr. Kehoe has been involved in the creation, financing, and management of numerous businesses in the natural resource industry. Mr. Kehoe is a director and one of the founding members of the Limited Market and Exempt Market Dealers Association of Canada.

Philip Collins
Managing Director

. Geol.

Mr. Collins has over 22 years of diversified experience in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin (“WCSB) and international arena. He has taken his deep basin tight gas expertise in the WCSB and developed significant multi-formational discoveries over his career and has spent the last 14 years building “start-up” oil and gas ventures based significantly on personally generated technical product.

Corsair Exploration Inc.
Mr. Collins joined Corsair Exploration Inc. in August 1999 as Vice-President of Exploration and held that position until the company was sold in June 2002. Over a 30 month period Corsair drilled from 0 to1,100 boed and established 5.4 million boe of new reserves.

Meridian Energy Corporation
In September, 2002, Mr. Collins joined Meridian Energy Corporation as Vice-President, Exploration. A little over a year later he became President and Chief Operating Officer of Meridian and held that position until the company was sold in March of 2005. Over approximately 30 months Meridian drilled from 0 to 3,100 boed and established 7.3 million boe of proven plus probable reserves.

Cork Exploration Inc.
In April, 2005 Mr. Collins started Cork Exploration Inc. and was President and Chief Executive Officer until July of 2007. Over approximately 24 months Cork drilled from 0 to 3,500 boed and established 9.6 million boe of proven plus probable reserves.

Mr. Collins is highly regarded in the Calgary oil and gas community due to his demonstrated ability to find new reserves. Prior to the three start ups above, Mr. Collins gained valueable experience as a Sr. Geologist at Alberta Energy Company, Pamplona Energy Limited (Manager Exploration), Stampeder Exploration Ltd (Sr. Explorationist) and Big Bear Exploration Ltd ( Vice-President Exploration).

Mr. Collins has a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Alberta (1986) and is a member of APEGGA and the CSPG.

Richard Wadsworth, P. Eng

Mr. Wadsworth was a co-founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Bankers Petroleum Ltd. from April 2004 to August 2008. Under his leadership the company grew to 6,000 bopd with proven plus probable reserves of over 100 million barrels, and a market capitalization of over $1bn (June 2008). Equity financings of $140mm were raised during his tenure enabling the company to develop the Albanian Patos Marinza oilfield, acquire and develop shale gas in the U.S., while keeping a strong balance sheet with low debt. The U.S. shale gas business unit was split from Bankers in June 2008 with an initial market capitalization of $150mm.

Prior to his position with Bankers Petroleum Ltd. Mr. Wadsworth led and managed, on behalf of Premier Oil Plc, together with its three International E&P partners, a Joint Venture Company developing one of the largest onshore oilfield deposits in Europe. In his first ten years within the industry he held numerous management and operational roles with Koch Petroleum Canada helping develop over 40,000 boepd of production in numerous oil and gas fields.

Mr. Wadsworth holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Calgary, and is a registered Professional Engineer with APEGGA.

Chris Wallin, P. Eng

Mr. Wallin is a Professional Engineer with over 14 years of petroleum engineering experience across a wide variety of assets in the Canadian Western Sedimentary Basin (WCSB) most recently as a Sr. Development and Acquisition Evaluation engineer with Enerplus Resources Fund.

As the Area Team Lead for Red Deer (W5M), Mr. Wallin was the “Franchise” manager of a $100MM profit centre, where his responsibilities included: recruiting and managing a high performance team of multidiscipline professionals and field operations staff, stewarding OPEX & CAPEX budgets, reserve management and HSE targets. While in this position, Mr. Wallin created long range strategic plans; from idea generation to technical and economic justification, through to project execution and operations, which included A&D evaluations, asset for equity swaps, SWOT analysis, competitor review, partner relations, entrance/exit strategy, land sales, staffing and resource forecasting.

During his tenure at Enerplus, Mr. Wallin broadened his technical experience as a Sr. Development Engineer through assignments across many core assets in the Pembina / Joarcam, Alberta / Saskatchewan Border and South East Saskatchewan areas. He was responsible for long term development, exploitation and management of numerous oil and gas properties, including asset evaluations and acquisitions. His experience includes cold heavy oil production with sand, waterflood implementation and optimization, horizontal wells and wet Mannville CBM.

Prior to Enerplus Mr. Wallin gained valuable engineering experience in production, operations, exploitation and evaluations while holding senior engineering positions with Husky Energy Inc, Petrovera Resources Limited and Wascana Energy Inc. (Nexen). Mr. Wallin graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.


Mark Ross
P. Eng.

Mr. Ross has more than 24 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, his experience spanning a variety of executive roles in addition to extensive hands on experience in the areas of drilling operations and facilities. Mark Ross is the president and owner of Ross Energy Services Ltd., an oilfield engineering and consulting company based in Calgary, Alberta. Ross Energy is focused on drilling, completions, workovers and facility / pipeline construction in the Western Canadian oil business. Ross Energy’s management and technical staff has over 150 years of collective experience in engineering, drilling, completing and tie in of hundreds of thousands of wells. Ross Energy also employs 70 plus consultants in field operations. Prior to forming Ross Energy in 1992, Mr. Ross worked as an operations engineer for Mobil Oil Canada for twelve years. His responsibilities advanced in various offices in Western Canada.

Mark’s experience and contacts through Ross Energy Services continues to be an asset in terms of deal flow as well as securing equipment and services for Discovery. A key consideration in today’s highly competitive environment for quality services.


Bob Potter
Senior Geologist

Bob is a professional explorationist with over 35 years of experience developing exploration prospects and leading multi disciplinary technical teams.

From 1982 to 1997, Bob worked for Alberta Energy Company Ltd., (EnCana) where he held various positions in the domestic and international departments. During this period, he led the development of the Company’s light oil and gas strategy on the Peace River Arch with discoveries at Ogston, Red Earth, Kitty, Karr, Waskahigan and Gold Creek resulting in reserve additions of about 20 million barrels of oil and 100 BCF of gas and an inventory of 25 exploration plays. In addition, Bob has worked international exploration with experience in Argentina, Thailand and Sudan. His effort resulted in discoveries in Argentina and Sudan totaling almost 30 million barrels of oil.

Mr. Edward Loven
VP Business Development

Mr. Loven has 30 years of experience in the oil & gas industry with focus on seismic database assets related to exploration and commercial exploitation. Mr. Loven was a partner at The Sandex Group since 1985 and was directly responsible for the company’s success related to the structuring, negotiating and completion of large seismic purchase transactions and oil and gas exploration successes. Mr. Loven has extensive industry experience, including experience in the Northern Alberta Region, and numerous strategic relationships throughout the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Loven has worked on a large number of exploration opportunities involving major oil and gas entities during his partnership in Sandex he has successfully negotiated with Norcen, Anadarko, British Petroleum and many intermediate and junior partners.

Mr. Loven has become an industry leader in developing corporate relations with First Nations. Mr Loven has worked on the development team and has implemented the corporate structures and policies with the company”s first nation partners Mr loven is currently working to design in cooperation with the company partners a long term strategy for the further acquisition of land and exploitation of the resources on those lands.

Tesseral Technologies
In 2008 Discovery entered into a technology sharing and geophysical processing arrangement with a group of geo scientists from Tesseral Technologies. (www.tesseral-geo.com). The objective of the arrangement is to provide Discovery with direct access to leading edge geophysical interpretive skills and technology in order to assist it with the on going evaluation of the Company’s proprietary seismic data base and prospect inventory.

Dr. Alexander Kostyukevych, Ph.D.
Geophysics

Alexander has 30 years experience in the area of seismic and gravity data processing and interpretation, particularly in the research and development of geophysical modeling software. Alexander is one of the founders of Tesseral Technologies Inc. and Tetra Seis Inc. (Calgary, Alberta) where he is currently President and Research Manager. He is the author of approximately 70 papers in leading European, Ukrainian and Russian geophysical journals and a monography on interpretation and methods of geophysical modeling.

His areas of expertise include but are not limited to the following:

* Theory, algorithms and programs for 2-D and 3-D geophysical modeling
* Seismic wavefield propagation algorithms and programming
* Geophysical software design

He developed an effective numeric scheme of finite-difference calculations and realized it in a pilot version of the “Tesseral 2-D” full-wave modeling package. He is currently testing and applying other novel techniques of seismic data processing in the “Tesseral 2-D” package.

Dr. Naum Marmalyevskyy, Ph.D.
Geophysics

Naum has 30 years experience in the area of seismic prospecting, particularly in the research and development of geophysical software, seismic data processing and interpretation. Naum is one of the founders of Tetra Seis Inc. (Calgary, Alberta) and is currently Chief Researcher and Project Manager in the Ukrainian R&D branch. He is an active EAGO member since 1997 and a correspondent member of the Ukrainian Oil and Gas Academy since 1999. He is the author of approximately 60 papers in leading European, Ukrainian and Russian geophysical journals and has 15 patents of the former USSR, Ukraine and Russia.

His areas of expertise include but are not limited to the following:

* Theory, algorithms and programs for 2-D and 3-D depth migration
* Migration velocity analysis
* AVO analysis of VSP data

He is one of the inventors of the “Duplex Wave Migration” technique which is patented in USA and Canada. Within Tetra Seis Inc. he is currently developing, testing and applying other novel techniques of seismic data processing such as the Vector Wave Equation Migration.
